Scope & Overview This Refund Policy governs purchases made at PixelRally—whether you swipe in for a single game session, buy merch, or lock in a membership—and clarifies when money comes back and when the game keeps rolling. Eligibility Window Most refundable purchases must be requested within 7 calendar days of the original transaction, and before more than 30 minutes of actual game time or access has been used, so we can fairly reset the game for everyone. Non‑Refundable Items Gift cards, digital tokens, limited-run merch, and any downloadable game content are final sale, because once those items leave our ecosystem, we can’t guarantee the integrity of the game value chain. Memberships & Subscriptions Monthly or annual memberships are refundable only if no more than one check-in or 30 minutes of cumulative game use occurred; otherwise, we may offer a prorated club credit to keep you in the game without friction. Day Passes & Time Blocks Same-day passes become non-refundable once you’ve logged more than 30 minutes of game access; if a verified technical issue nuked your game session, we’ll comp time or issue a credit instead. Events, Leagues & Tournaments Tournament seats and special event tickets are refundable up to 72 hours before the first scheduled game match; after that, we’ll try to transfer your slot or credit you for a future game event if we can fill the spot. Indie Dev Playtest Bookings Studio/lab rentals for prototype game testing can be refunded with 7 days’ notice; cancellations inside that window may incur a 25% fee to cover staff and game equipment allocation. Merchandise & Hardware Unworn apparel and unopened accessories can be returned within 14 days, but any gear used in a game session must be inspected for wear before a refund or exchange is approved. Service Interruptions & Downtime If a verified outage or hardware failure interrupts your paid game time, we’ll extend your session or issue a credit—our goal is to keep the game fair, not to nickel-and-dime glitches.
